Project Details

  • Contacted in March 2005 to join the team building the new baseball stadium for the St. Louis Cardinals
  • Provided management, coordination, and labor for the delivery and installation of the FF&E package valued at $1.9 million
  • Supplied resources and contacts to furnish the stadium with all furniture, weight equipment, laundry, televisions, refrigerators, large trash containers, specialty items, etc.
  • Worked directly with the furniture and equipment manufacturers to schedule deliveries as the construction schedule permitted
  • Provided secured warehouse storage for product awaiting installation
  • Enlisted a Project Manager from within FMSG, Gary Arthur, who watched the schedule closely and responded to site requirements as needed to ensure timely delivery and installation
  • Followed the budget, pay application, change order, and punch list processes, enabling him to be the first contractor on the project to clear the items on his punch list
